Role

We are looking for an experienced Parivahan Portal Executive to handle vehicle registration, RTO coordination, and compliance activities through the Parivahan/VAHAN portal.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end vehicle registration through VAHAN.
- Manage documentation for registration, permits, fitness certificates, and approvals.
- Coordinate with RTO officials for inspections and clearances.
- Handle temporary & permanent registration of EV buses/commercial vehicles.
- Track pending cases and resolve portal-related issues.
- Maintain registration and compliance records.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in VAHAN/Parivahan and RTO operations.
- Positive knowledge of RTO procedures and vehicle registration.
- EV/automobile or commercial vehicle experience preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and MS Excel skills.

Salary: As per industry standards, based on experience.
