About the Role

White Collar Realty is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager / PPC Specialist with a proven track record of generating qualified, high-ticket real estate leads.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing paid acquisition and digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects, preferably across the Gurgaon/Gurugram and Dubai/UAE property markets.

This is a performance-focused role. We are looking for someone who understands how to move beyond impressions, clicks and low CPL to generate qualified property buyers, investors, NRI prospects, meetings, site visits and sales opportunities.

Prior experience in real estate performance marketing and lead generation is mandatory.

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees and guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area at all times.
- Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, disposable items, etc.) are adequately stocked and inform the Admin team when replenishment is required.
- Wash and organize cups, glasses, utensils, and pantry equipment after use.




- Serve refreshments during meetings and official events.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of common office areas, if required.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure dustbins are cleaned regularly.
- Follow office hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Support the Administration team with basic office assistance as assigned.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Pantry Boy, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and pantry management.
- Polite, disciplined, and presentable personality.
- Physically fit and capable of handling routine office support tasks.
- Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude.

Preferred Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Robust sense of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
