We are currently hiring for our Production Department (Factory) and are looking for skilled candidates who can join immediately.

Job Details:

- Employment Type: Full-time
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Preference: Local candidates preferred
- Work Location: C-45, 1st Phase, Adityapur Industrial Area, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 831013

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform air spray painting on machine parts and structures as per quality standards.
- Carry out MS (Mild Steel) surface painting and finishing work.
- Clean, prepare,



and treat surfaces before painting (removal of dust, grease, rust, etc.).
- Ensure proper mixing and usage of paints, thinners, and coatings.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety guidelines while handling chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure timely completion of painting work as per production schedule

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Minimum Matriculation (10th Pass).

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Gross, including statutory compliance)
- PF, ESI and other statutory benefits as per company policy.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in manufacturing or engineering companies preferred.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shop-floor environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and quality standards.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in industrial / machine painting.

Skills Required:

- Air spray painting
- MS surface painting
- Surface cleaning and preparation techniques
