Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Secrets Management Engineer to provide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise secrets and privileged access management platforms.

The role involves administration, troubleshooting, policy management, credential lifecycle management, certificate management, and integration support across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support enterprise Secrets Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms.

Manage secrets lifecycle activities including onboarding, rotation, renewal, and decommissioning of credentials.

Provide operational support for privileged credentials, authentication issues, and secrets integrations.

Support certificate lifecycle management, including certificate renewals, validation, and troubleshooting.

Configure and maintain security policies, access controls, and operational governance standards.

Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution related to secrets management services.

Work with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams to onboard applications and platforms to the secrets management solution.

Develop and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Participate in audits,



compliance reviews, and security assessments.

Support automation initiatives for credential management and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Robust experience with Secrets Management and PAM platforms such as: CyberArk HashiCorp Vault Delinea (Thycotic) BeyondTrust Azure Key Vault AWS Secrets Manager Identity & Access Management (IAM) Certificate Management and PKI Active Directory / Entra ID Linux and Windows Administration Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell) Incident and Change Management ITIL Processes

Preferred Skills Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP DevOps and CI/CD integration Kubernetes Secrets Management API Integration and Automation Security Compliance Frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

5 years of Infrastructure, Security, or IAM experience.

Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Secrets Management or PAM platforms.

Preferred Certifications

CyberArk Defender/Sentry HashiCorp Vault Associate Microsoft Azure Security Engineer AWS Security Specialty ITIL Foundation
