About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can help us generate quality leads through online marketing campaigns.

The role involves running and managing ads on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels. The main goal is to bring genuine leads, improve campaign performance, and help the business grow.

If you enjoy working with digital marketing, social media ads, analytics, AI tools, and experimenting with new growth strategies, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and run ad campaigns on:
- Instagram & Facebook (Meta Ads)
- LinkedIn
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Other relevant digital platforms
- Generate quality leads through campaigns and lead forms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better results.
- Work on audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign improvements.
- Track important metrics such as:
- Leads Generated
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Clicks & Engagement
- Campaign ROI




- Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve results.
- Use AI tools to create ad copies, campaign ideas, and marketing content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and digital marketing trends.

Skills Required

- Experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads
- Understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting
- Positive communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

Preferred

- Experience with LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of landing pages and lead forms
- Basic SEO understanding
- Experience with CRM tools
