We are looking for an experienced Packing Supervisor with minimum 5 years of experience in packing operations, preferably in fabrication industries. The candidate will be responsible for packing activities, manpower handling, loading coordination, inter-department coordination, and preparation of reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day packing activities.
- Handle and allocate manpower based on packing requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch and other internal departments.
- Manage team members and monitor work progress.
- Ensure proper packing of fabricated equipment and materials as per requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise loading activities.
- Prepare and maintain packing and operational reports.
- Ensure safe and systematic handling of materials during packing and loading.
- Coordinate with customers/vendors whenever required.
- Maintain necessary records and update information in the ERP system.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in packing operations.
- Experience in fabrication / heavy engineering industries preferred.
- Solid knowledge of packing and loading activities.
- Good manpower and team-handling skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to travel or visit sites whenever required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
