- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, image alt text, and URL structures.
- Perform keyword research and mapping, and guide content teams on on-page best practices aligned with E-E-A-T.
- Optimize existing pages and new page launches for target keywords and search intent.
- Track rankings, organic traffic, and page-level performance; report on trends and recommend improvements.
- Manage on-page and technical SEO across multiple ongoing website and SEO projects, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Work closely with the off-page SEO team to align technical, content, and link-building efforts toward shared ranking goals.
- Coordinate with developers to implement technical fixes and with content writers and strategists on optimization guidelines.
- Stay current with Google algorithm updates, AI-powered search, AEO/SGE, and evolving SEO best practices.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in On-Page and Technical SEO (agency or in-house).
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript as it relates to SEO.
- Proven experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics/GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush,



or similar.
- Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, structured data/schema, site architecture, and crawl optimization.
- Experience managing SEO for multiple websites and projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with content, off-page/link-building, and development teams.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience with large-scale content rollouts or multi-website portfolios.
- Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO), international/multilingual SEO, or CMS platforms such as WordPress and Webflow.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO, SEMrush Academy, or similar.
