About the Role White Bunnie is looking for a Paid Ads Executive who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across major advertising platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns and a strong understanding of performance metrics, audience targeting, creative testing, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation, sales, traffic, and ROI goals.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and overall campaign performance.
- Perform regular A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, placements, and campaign structures.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Work closely with the creative, content, SEO, and business teams to develop performance-driven ad creatives.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.




- Manage and optimize advertising budgets based on campaign performance.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising/performance marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, funnels, and campaign attribution.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, SaaS, or digital businesses is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
