Inexo Cast Metal Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of high-quality foundry consumables for domestic and export markets, is looking for a Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations, ensure packing quality, manage manpower, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities and manpower allocation.
- Ensure products are packed according to approved packing standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Monitor packing quality, product identification, labelling, quantities, and documentation.
- Ensure the correct packing materials, methods, and quantities are used for each product.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
- Train and guide packing operators on packing procedures and safety practices.




- Monitor packing material availability and inform Stores about shortages in advance.
- Track packing material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Maintain housekeeping and implement 5S practices in the packing area.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Identify packing-related issues and coordinate corrective actions with concerned departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate with basic system/computer knowledge.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in packing, production, or manufacturing operations.
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Location Candidates residing in or near Tiruvallur, Ambattur, Avadi, Thiruninravur, Hindu College, Pattabiram, and Poonamallee are preferred.
