We’re Hiring: Packaging Business Setup & Operations Manager

We are building a recent packaging manufacturing business in Unnao / Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, and we are looking for an experienced professional who can help us set up and grow the operation from the ground up.

This is not just a routine production-manager role. We need someone who can take ownership of the business setup and work closely with us on:

- Selecting the right packaging products to manufacture
- Identifying machinery, suppliers and raw materials
- Setting up production processes and factory operations
- Product costing, sampling and quality control
- Recruiting and managing the production team
- Developing relationships with B2B customers
- Helping secure the first customers and orders
- Building systems for long-term growth

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in corrugated boxes, cartons, rigid boxes, shoe boxes, printed packaging or related packaging manufacturing. Preferred profile: 5+ years of relevant packaging-industry experience, strong production and costing knowledge, and the ability to take responsibility for setting up or expanding a manufacturing operation.
