Operations & Dispatch Intern — The OG Mithai

We’re looking for someone who likes getting things done, keeping things organised and doesn’t mind getting their hands a little busy.

At The OG Mithai, we make and sell mithai, desserts and all things delicious. We’re looking for an intern who can help us keep the workshop running smoothly — from packing orders to getting them out the door and making sure the day-to-day chaos stays somewhat organised.

What you'll be doing

- Packing sweets and desserts for customers
- Double-checking orders so the wrong mithai doesn't reach the right person
- Preparing orders and coordinating with delivery partners
- Keeping track of basic inventory and packaging supplies
- Helping keep the workshop clean and organised
- Helping with basic day-to-day workshop operations
- Jumping in wherever the team needs an extra pair of hands
- Learning how the behind-the-scenes of a small food brand actually works

Who are we looking for? You don't need years of experience or a fancy resume. We'd much rather have someone who is:
- Reliable — if you say you'll be there,



you're there
- Organised and reasonably good at keeping track of things
- Comfortable with hands-on work
- Quick to learn and not afraid to ask questions
- Detail-oriented (especially when packing orders!)
- Comfortable working independently once you've been shown what to do
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- Someone who doesn't need to be told every single little thing before getting started

Freshers are absolutely welcome! This isn't a sit-at-a-desk-and-watch-the-clock kind of internship. You'll be right in the middle of the action, helping us run the workshop and getting a real look at what goes into running a small food brand.

And if you enjoy the work and take ownership, there's plenty of scope to take on more responsibility as we grow.
