As a Package Consultant: SAP BTM, you will advise clients on the strategy, design, and execution of Business Transformation Management (BTM) initiatives using SAP''s BTM suite. You will support end-to-end transformation by combining process intelligence, architecture visibility, and digital adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
? Drive Process Discovery and Optimization: Utilize SAP Signavio to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes, aligning them with client goals and objectives.
? Align IT Architecture and Business Strategy: Apply LeanIX to ensure IT architecture supports business strategy, enabling clients to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
? Enhance User Adoption and Change Management: Leverage WalkMe to develop and implement effective change management strategies, ensuring seamless user adoption and minimizing disruption to business operations.
