Role Description The Overseas Education Counsellor is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations. The associate will support the development of proposals, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.

Daily responsibilities include market research, competitive analysis, follow-ups with potential clients, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics. The role also involves participating in client meetings, contributing to sales strategies, and ensuring a professional representation of the company’s services.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales acumen, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.
- Ability to conduct market and industry research, analyze trends, and identify potential client segments and opportunities.




- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools for managing pipelines, reporting, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage professionally in-person, by phone, and in writing.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in business development or sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
