Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal, responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and profitability of Excel Printing and Packaging. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing operations, setting business goals, and ensuring production quality aligns with client expectations and industry standards.

The Owner manages key client relationships, negotiates contracts, and drives business development in target sectors such as telecom, FMCG, and corporate markets. This role also involves supervising management teams, approving budgets, monitoring financial performance, and making decisions on investments, equipment, and workforce planning. The Owner ensures compliance with relevant regulations, promotes a protected and inclusive work environment, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to guide diverse operational and management teams.
- Experience in business strategy, financial management, and budgeting,



preferably within manufacturing, printing, or packaging industries.
- Proven ability in client relationship management, negotiation, and business development across corporate and commercial sectors.
- Operational expertise in production planning, quality assurance, and process optimization in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams on-site and managing compliance with safety, labor, and industry regulations.
- Comfort with using business software tools for reporting, analytics, and workflow management; familiarity with printing and packaging technologies is a plus.
