Role Description The Owner role at Freelance is a full time, on-site position based in Rajarhat, responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations and growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, supervising projects and service delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Owner will handle budgeting, basic accounting activities, and vendor coordination, while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to expand services or reach new markets.

This role also involves setting strategic goals, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and leading any team members or partners involved in the business. The position requires a hands-on approach,



with regular on-site presence to address operational issues, support staff, and maintain strong community and client engagement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day business operations, including planning, organizing, and overseeing service delivery.
- Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder communication, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in financial management, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and coordinating with accountants or financial advisors.

- Ability to work on-site full time in Rajarhat and maintain a consistent presence to support operations and customer interactions.
