House of Sarwaa is a boutique hospitality collective - Gramam Living, Nidra Cottages, Cafe Sarwaa (Trivandrum & Varkala) and Prana. We offer mindful stays, conscious cafes and wellness experiences rooted in Kerala heritage.

We are looking for a professional Overall Manager to handle day-to-day operations of our Homestays and Cafes in Varkala.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Relations and handling check-in / check-out
- Taking care of rooms - cleanliness, maintenance, housekeeping supervision
- Managing cafe and homestay staff - rostering, training
- Handling guest reviews, complaints and ensuring premium guest experience
- Managing inventory,



daily reports and coordination with owner
- Maintaining brand standards and premium beige-luxury aesthetic

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 Years Experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Homestay / Cafe Management is mandatory
- Clean, presentable personality with neat beard and professional grooming
- Strong communication in English, Malayalam and Hindi
- Guest-first attitude, calm and solution-oriented
- Candidates from Varkala or nearby areas preferred

- Immediate joiners preferred
