Team Management

· Manage and supervise a team of approximately 12–15 employees.

· Allocate daily work and monitor team performance.

· Ensure discipline, coordination, and productivity within the department.

· Train and guide team members as required.

Dispatch Planning & Execution

· Plan daily dispatch activities as per sales orders and dispatch schedules.

· Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods.

· Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Transport teams.

· Ensure effective execution of daily dispatch plans.

Stock Management

· Monitor and maintain finished goods stock.

· Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.

· Maintain accuracy in stock records and stock movement.

· Identify and report stock discrepancies to management.





Documentation & ERP Operations

· Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents.

· Maintain accurate records of outward stock movements.

· Perform stock-related entries and transactions in Tally ERP.

· Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

Operational Control

· Ensure proper loading, handling, and dispatch of finished goods.

· Minimize dispatch errors, shortages, and delays.

· Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

· Prepare daily operational reports for management.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
