About the Role

We are looking for confident communicators who are comfortable speaking with people, building relationships, and guiding potential clients through a consultative sales process.

This is not a recruitment or HR role.

You will connect with job seekers through LinkedIn, understand their career goals and challenges, explain our services, and help interested candidates get started with our programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to job seekers through LinkedIn and other professional platforms
- Initiate conversations and schedule introductory calls
- Understand candidate goals, challenges, and job search requirements
- Clearly explain Bondexis services and answer candidate questions
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients
- Maintain records of conversations and daily activities
- Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets

Requirements




- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with US-based clients
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude, dedication, and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
