Role Description The Owner role at the Miss Universe Organization involves providing strategic leadership and overall direction for organizational initiatives and long-term vision. This full-time, in office position in Delhi, India includes overseeing business operations, brand development, partnerships, and financial performance to ensure sustainable growth.

The Owner will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support events, programming, and advocacy efforts aligned with MUO’s mission. Daily responsibilities include decision-making on key investments, supervising senior leadership, maintaining governance standards, and representing the organization in high-profile engagements. The Owner will also champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all organizational policies and practices.

Qualifications

- Strong strategic leadership and executive management skills, with experience guiding mission-driven or global organizations.
- Proven expertise in business operations,



financial management, and organizational governance.
- Experience in brand management, marketing, and public relations, preferably in entertainment, events, or media sectors.
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships with sponsors, media, community organizations, and international stakeholders.
- Commitment to gender equity, inclusion, and social impact, with a track record of advocacy or philanthropic engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, including the ability to represent the organization publicly.
- Familiarity with global cultural contexts and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent senior leadership experience is highly beneficial.
