Job Summary:

Amity University is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Outreach Manager to build and strengthen relationships with schools, principals, counsellors, educators and other key stakeholders across Hyderabad. The role will focus on increasing university outreach, student engagement and admissions opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with schools, principals, counsellors and educational institutions.
- Plan and conduct school visits, career counselling sessions, seminars, workshops and student engagements.
- Develop current institutional partnerships and explore collaborations/MoUs.
- Represent Amity University at education fairs, career fairs and other outreach events.
- Engage with prospective students and parents and support the admissions pipeline.
- Maintain school/stakeholder databases and prepare regular outreach reports.




- Coordinate with internal university teams for smooth execution of outreach activities.
- Track market trends and identify new outreach opportunities.
- Travel regularly across Hyderabad for school visits, meetings and events.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, Management or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, institutional relations, business development, school relations or marketing.
- Experience working with schools/institutions in Hyderabad will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Hyderabad.

Preferred: Candidates from universities, higher-education institutions, education companies or established school networks. Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
