Role Description The Owner role at Himalaya Wellness Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, brand vision, and long-term growth, ensuring that the company’s Ayurvedic heritage and environmental values remain central to all decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding senior leadership teams, approving key product and market strategies, managing high-level stakeholder relationships, and monitoring financial performance.

The role involves fostering a culture of innovation, ethical business practices, and regulatory compliance across all functions. The Owner also represents the company in critical external forums, partnership discussions, and industry events to strengthen Himalaya’s market presence and reputation.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in leading and scaling a medium-to-large organization, preferably in consumer wellness,



healthcare, or FMCG.
- Robust strategic planning, business development, and financial management skills.
- Experience in brand building, market positioning, and long-term growth planning.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, drive accountability, and build inclusive, high-performance cultures.
- Familiarity with Ayurveda, herbal products, or natural wellness industries is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Commitment to ethical business practices, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent entrepreneurial or leadership experience will be considered.
