Role Description The Outreach Intern is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting The Sweven’s youth entrepreneurship initiatives by engaging with students, partners, and communities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach to educational institutions and student communities, responding to inquiries, and sharing information about programs and events. The intern will assist in organizing online workshops and campaigns, maintaining clear communication with participants,



and gathering feedback to improve outreach efforts.

The role also includes research on potential collaborators, drafting outreach messages, and contributing to social and community engagement activities that expand The Sweven’s network.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage with students, partners, and communities clearly and professionally.
- Customer Service and Community Outreach skills to manage inquiries, build relationships, and support participants effectively.
- Research skills to identify new outreach opportunities, potential collaborators, and relevant student groups or institutions.
- Ability to work remotely full-time, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven workplace.
- Interest in youth development, entrepreneurship, education, or startup ecosystems; prior internship or volunteer experience is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and online communication platforms; familiarity with social media or community-building tools is a plus.
