? WE’RE HIRING: OUTREACH ASSISTANT

House of Performance Marketing (HPM) is looking for an energetic, sharp, and highly organized Outreach Assistant to join our growing team.

If you enjoy finding the right people, starting conversations, doing research, and turning cold prospects into meaningful business conversations — this role is for you.

? What You’ll Do

- Research and identify potential clients across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain prospect lists based on our target industries.
- Send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups.
- Manage daily outreach activities and maintain accurate records.
- Identify decision-makers, founders, and marketing heads of potential clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/calls for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects without being spammy.
- Track outreach performance, responses, meetings booked, and conversions.
- Assist in developing new outreach strategies to improve lead generation.

? What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and internet skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other social platforms for business outreach.
- Good understanding of professional communication.
- Organized, consistent, and comfortable working with daily targets.
- Ability to personalize messages rather than relying on generic templates.




- Previous experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or outreach is a plus — but freshers with the right attitude are welcome to apply.
