IMMEDIATE JOINING

POSITION DETAILS

· Position: Outlet Manager

· Department: Operations

· Reporting To: Area Manager

JOB SUMMARY The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth functioning, adherence to company policies, maintaining quality standards, and achieving financial and operational targets.

The Outlet Manager is also responsible for staff supervision, operational reporting, cash handling, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and maintaining overall outlet discipline and hygiene standards. Work nature will be standing position while on duty.

EMPLOYMENT TERMS

Probation Period

· 3 Months from the date of joining

Notice Period

· 60 Days mandatory notice period for resignation

Duty Hours

· As per outlet operational hours (duty hours will be 13 hours including OT and except break)

· Flexible shifts based on business requirements

Leave Policy

· Total 4 leaves per month o 2 Paid Leaves (PL will not available on Weekends and public holidays)

o 2 Unpaid Leaves

· If leaves exceed 4 days in a month, all excess leaves will be treated as unpaid leave

DUTIES OF OUTLET MANAGER

1. OUTLET OPERATIONS

· Manage outlet operations and ensure smooth shifts.

· Follow SOPs and maintain service standards.

· Handle customer complaints and supervise operations.

· Ensure stock and operational availability.

2. REPORTING & COMMUNICATION

· Report to management and coordinate with departments.

· Escalate operational issues and maintain communication.

· Conduct staff briefings and team coordination.

3. DAILY CLOSING

· Complete closing procedures and verify billing.

· Ensure cleanliness and secure the premises.

· Submit daily closing reports.

4. CASH MANAGEMENT

· Handle collections and verify payments.

· Maintain petty cash and prevent discrepancies.

· Submit cash reports and ensure safe handling.

5. DAILY REPORTS

· Submit sales, attendance, and manpower reports.

· Report shortages, wastage, and operational issues.

· Maintain daily checklists and updates.

6. WEEKLY REPORTS

· Submit performance and stock reports.

· Report staff issues and conduct hygiene checks.

· Review weekly sales targets.

7. MONTHLY REPORTS

· Submit monthly sales and food cost reports.

· Conduct stock verification and manpower review.

· Report maintenance and operational status.





(On the 1st day of every month manager need to complete monthly closing salary will process after proper closing)

8. STAFF MANAGEMENT & TRAINING

· Supervise staff and prepare schedules.

· Monitor discipline and staff productivity.

· Train employees and conduct inductions.

9. FOOD COST & WASTE MANAGEMENT

· Control food cost and reduce wastage.

· Monitor stock rotation and expiry.

· Ensure portion control and wastage records.

10. KITCHEN MANAGEMENT

· Supervise kitchen operations and workflow.

· Ensure food quality and kitchen hygiene.

· Monitor storage and equipment safety.

11. HYGIENE MAINTENANCE

· Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

· Monitor staff hygiene and waste disposal.

· Conduct regular hygiene inspections.

12. SERVICE AREA MANAGEMENT

· Maintain dining cleanliness and service standards.

· Supervise customer handling and table setup.

· Resolve customer concerns promptly.

13. COUNTER AREA MANAGEMENT

· Supervise billing and POS operations.

· Handle takeaway and delivery orders.

· Prevent billing and cash errors.

14. MAINTENANCE & EQUIPMENT

· Monitor equipment condition and safety.

· Report issues and coordinate repairs.

· Ensure preventive maintenance procedures.

15. STOCK MANAGEMENT

· Monitor and verify stock regularly.

· Track stock usage and prevent shortages.

· Monitor expiry dates and maintain records.

16. PURCHASE MANAGEMENT

· Supervise purchases and approve requirements.

· Verify received stock and material quality.

· Monitor delivery delays and maintain records.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUTLET MANAGER

· Ensure smooth daily outlet operations and shift management.

· Maintain company SOPs, service standards, and operational discipline.

· Supervise dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations.

· Manage outlet staff, scheduling, attendance, and productivity.

· Conduct staff training, induction, and performance monitoring.

· Maintain proper coordination with management, HR, Accounts, and other departments.

· Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and payment reconciliation.





· Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

· Control food cost, stock usage, wastage, and operational expenses.

· Monitor stock availability, stock rotation, and expiry management.

· Supervise purchase activities and verify received materials.

· Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across all outlet areas.

· Supervise kitchen, counter, dining, and service area operations.

· Ensure proper maintenance and safe usage of outlet equipment and assets.

· Monitor outlet maintenance requirements and coordinate repairs.

· Maintain accurate operational, stock, cash, and purchase records.

· Ensure proper daily opening and closing procedures.

· Protect company property, systems, and operational assets.

· Maintain financial integrity and prevent operational or financial negligence.

· Enforce company policies, discipline standards, and operational guidelines.

· Report operational issues, shortages, damages, or violations to management immediately.

USE OF COMPANY PROPERTY

· Company assets must be used only for official purposes, and any misuse, loss, or damage shall be the employee’s responsibility.

ADHERENCE TO COMPANY STANDARDS

· Responsible for ensuring compliance with SOPs, operational standards, hygiene requirements, and discipline policies.

· Failure to follow company procedures may result in disciplinary action.

· Work nature will be standing position except break time

FINANCIAL INTEGRITY, DATA CONFIDENTIALITY & ACCOUNTABILITY

- Any form of financial misconduct, negligence, manipulation, misappropriation, unauthorized disclosure of company information, or misuse of company data shall result in strict disciplinary action. (Sales, Financial, HR, Operational data)
- The company reserves the right to recover losses or damages caused due to misconduct or negligence, and serious violations may result in suspension, termination, salary recovery, legal action, and/or criminal proceedings.

COMPLIANCE & DISCIPLINE Any violation of company rules/policies may result in fines, salary deposit, hold or deductions, suspension, termination, or legal action.

Fine Policy – Disciplinary Penalties The following fines apply for any violation of rules, qc policy, manager duties & responsibilities may be deducted from salary:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
