We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Outlet Incharge to manage daily outlet operations and lead the team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations
- Supervise and motivate staff
- Monitor sales and achieve targets
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Maintain stock, cash, and outlet records
- Ensure cleanliness and service standards
Skills Requirements:
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong team-management ability
- Customer-focused and responsible
- Previous retail/outlet experience preferred
