We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Outbound Sales Executives to join our US Outbound Sales Process. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers in the US market, understanding their requirements, promoting products/services, handling objections, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients in the US market.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers effectively.

Convince customers and handle sales objections professionally.

Follow up with interested prospects and maximize conversion opportunities.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Follow established sales processes, scripts, and quality standards.

Coordinate with team members and supervisors to achieve business targets.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Graduate in any discipline.





Excellent English communication skills verbal and interpersonal.

Experience in US Outbound Sales / International Calling / International BPO will be preferred.

Solid convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Good customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated approach.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software.

Willingness to work in a night shift.

Freshers with excellent English communication and a strong interest in sales may also be considered.
