About the role

Skill Univ is launching a part-time Hospitality Technology career program. Learners are freshers and early-career candidates training for roles in hotel reservations, front office, OTA distribution and revenue operations — with interviews waiting at the end of the programme. We're looking for a trainer who has actually done the work in a hotel or travel company, and can teach it hands-on.

What you'll do

- Deliver 5 in-person sessions per week, weekdays, at the Skill Univ premises
- Teach the hotel technology stack — PMS workflows, reservations and guest folio, channel manager, booking engine, OTA distribution and listing quality
- Cover commercial fundamentals: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, rate parity and basic pricing
- Run practical sessions on live dashboards — demonstrations and exercises,



not lecture-only
- Assess assignments and practical demonstrations, and flag who is genuinely jobready
- Prepare learners for interviews with hiring partners: mock interviews, rolespecific coaching
- Give the academic team weekly feedback on learner progress

Who we're looking for

Required

- 1.5–4 years of hands-on experience in hotel operations, reservations, front office, revenue management, or a travel/OTA company
- Working knowledge of at least one PMS, channel manager, booking engine or GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or a hotel-side system)
- Able to explain technical workflows clearly to people with no industry background
- Fluent in English; conversational Kannada or Hindi an advantage
- Available on weekdays, in person

Preferred
- Prior training, mentoring or onboarding experience
- Hands-on with OTA extranets (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda)
- IATA / Amadeus / Galileo certification
- Exposure to revenue management or distribution strategy

Schedule: 5 sessions per week, weekdays only Mode: In-person, Skill Univ premises, Madiwala, Bengaluru

Session length: 150 Minutes

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per week
