Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OT Security professional with strong exposure to industrial/plant OT environments and OT systems maintenance/support. The role will be responsible for securing, maintaining and supporting OT infrastructure across manufacturing operations while working closely with Automation, Engineering, IT and Plant Maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support OT/ICS infrastructure across manufacturing/plant environments.
- Ensure availability, reliability and security of production-critical OT systems.
- Work closely with Plant Maintenance, Automation and Engineering teams for OT troubleshooting and support.
- Support OT assets including SCADA, HMI, industrial servers, PLC-connected systems, MES and industrial networks.
- Implement and maintain OT network security, segmentation, firewalls and secure remote access.
- Manage OT patching, backup/recovery, endpoint security and system hardening.
- Conduct OT asset identification, vulnerability assessment and risk mitigation.
- Support OT incident detection, investigation and response.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for OT system maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Ensure OT security practices align with relevant frameworks such as IEC 62443 / NIST.
- Support IT-OT integration while maintaining the security and availability of plant systems.




- Participate in commissioning, upgrades and technology implementation projects where required.
- Maintain OT documentation, asset inventories, network diagrams and maintenance records.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in industrial automation, OT/ICS, plant systems or OT cybersecurity.
- Mandatory: Hands-on OT/ICS experience.
- Mandatory/Important: Industrial/plant maintenance or OT systems support experience.
- Robust understanding of manufacturing/industrial environments.
- Experience with SCADA / HMI / MES / industrial networks / OT servers.
- Knowledge of firewalls, network segmentation, VLANs, secure remote access and endpoint security.
- Experience in OT patching, backup/recovery and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Profinet, Ethernet/IP is advantageous.
- Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST or other OT security frameworks is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with Plant Maintenance, Automation, IT, Engineering and external vendors.

- IT-OT convergence / Industry 4.0
- Experience in automotive, engineering, process or other manufacturing plants

Important: PLC programming is not mandatory. The key requirement is OT exposure + plant/industrial maintenance/support experience + OT security understanding.
