We are looking for an experienced OTA Lead Engineer to drive the development, deployment, and lifecycle management of Over-the-Air (OTA) software update solutions for connected vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in FOTA/SOTA technologies, connected vehicle architectures, diagnostics, cloud integration, and cross-functional leadership within the automotive domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own the OTA product vision, roadmap, and feature backlog for FOTA and SOTA solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, customer, and regulatory requirements related to OTA capabilities.
- Translate product requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and development priorities.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of OTA features across vehicle, cloud, mobile, and backend platforms.
- Collaborate with software, architecture, cybersecurity, diagnostics, validation, and cloud engineering teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Define OTA deployment strategies, software release governance, campaign management processes, and update policies.
- Lead stakeholder alignment across OEM teams, suppliers, and engineering organizations.
- Manage OTA release planning, feature prioritization, and product lifecycle activities.
- Support integration of OTA functionality with ECUs, vehicle gateways, telematics control units (TCUs), and cloud platforms.
- Drive product decisions based on customer feedback, operational metrics, analytics, and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with automotive cybersecurity, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor OTA deployment performance and drive continuous product improvements.
- Support vehicle launch activities and post-production OTA operations.

Required Skills

- Strong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager,



or OTA Lead in the automotive domain.
- Hands-on experience with OTA technologies including FOTA (Firmware OTA) and SOTA (Software OTA).
- Knowledge of Connected Vehicle Architecture and Telematics Systems.
- Experience with Vehicle Diagnostics protocols including UDS, ODX, and DoIP.
- Understanding of CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet communication networks.
- Knowledge of ECU flashing, software deployment mechanisms, and update workflows.
- Experience working with cloud-based connected vehicle and OTA platforms.
- Robust understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
- Experience defining product roadmaps, user stories, and release plans.
- Familiarity with Automotive Cybersecurity standards such as ISO 21434.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
