Spynora Holiday Homes is a hospitality management company managing premium holiday homes, villas, resorts and staycation properties across South India.

We are looking for an OTA Management Executive to manage and optimize our properties across online travel platforms and ensure accurate rates, availability, inventory and booking operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Rate & Availability Management

- Manage room rates and availability across OTAs.
- Update pricing based on occupancy, demand, seasonality and business requirements.
- Ensure accurate availability and prevent rate/inventory discrepancies.

2. Booking, Cancellation & Modification Handling

- Monitor recent OTA bookings on a daily basis.
- Handle cancellations and booking modifications.
- Coordinate with property and operations teams regarding bookings.

3. Promotions & Offers

- Create and manage OTA promotions, discounts and special offers.
- Monitor the performance of promotional campaigns.
- Ensure promotions follow approved pricing and commercial guidelines.

4. Inventory & Channel Manager Management

- Monitor room inventory across all connected OTA platforms.
- Check Channel Manager synchronization regularly.
- Identify and resolve inventory or rate mismatches.

5. OTA Support & Issue Resolution

- Coordinate with OTA support teams.
- Resolve booking, payment, mapping, listing and synchronization issues.
- Follow up on unresolved issues until closure.

6. Daily Monitoring & Reporting

- Complete daily OTA checks for all assigned properties.
- Maintain a daily activity/update sheet.
- Report booking issues, rate discrepancies,



availability problems and other important matters to the management team.

7. Performance Monitoring

- Monitor OTA bookings, revenue, occupancy and cancellations.
- Track property performance across different OTA channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve bookings and revenue.

8. Weekly & Monthly Reporting

- Prepare weekly OTA performance updates.
- Prepare monthly booking and revenue reports.
- Provide property-wise and OTA-wise performance analysis.

Required Skills
- Experience with Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Expedia or similar OTAs
- Knowledge of Channel Managers / PMS systems
- Understanding of hotel room rates, inventory and availability
- Basic knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing
- Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to identify and resolve OTA issues independently
- Ability to work with multiple properties simultaneously

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
