We are looking for an experienced OTA & Revenue Executive to manage online travel agency platforms, optimize room rates and availability, and support revenue growth across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.

- Maintain accurate room rates, availability, inventory, packages, and promotions across OTAs.

- Monitor rate parity and competitor pricing regularly.

- Update and manage room types, descriptions, photos, policies, and other OTA content.

- Handle OTA bookings, modifications, cancellations, and related issues.

- Monitor property performance, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue trends.

- Assist in developing pricing and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.

- Monitor competitor rates and market trends.

- Coordinate with the Reservations, Front Office, Sales, and Operations teams.

- Prepare regular OTA and revenue performance reports.

- Manage extranet accounts and coordinate with OTA market managers when required.

- Identify opportunities to improve online visibility, bookings, and revenue.





- Ensure proper use and synchronization of Channel Manager / PMS systems.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in OTA Management, Revenue Management, Reservations, or Hotel E-commerce.

- Strong knowledge of major OTA platforms and hotel extranets.

- Experience with Channel Manager and PMS systems.

- Good understanding of hotel pricing, inventory, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- Ability to monitor multiple properties/accounts simultaneously.

- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling multiple hotels/properties.

- Knowledge of revenue management strategies.

- Experience in OTA promotions and campaigns.

- Robust attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
