Role Description As an Organization Psychology Intern at Consciento, you will support the design and delivery of diagnostics and interventions focused on workplace behavior, employee wellbeing, and organizational culture. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in developing assessment tools, analyzing survey and diagnostic data, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to organizational development initiatives.

You will help with research on topics such as leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, engagement, and mental health in the workplace,



and may participate in the creation of training or educational materials for clients. This is an internship role based in Gurugram with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. You will work closely with senior consultants and psychologists, gaining practical exposure to organizational psychology applications in real-world client settings.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Psychology, with interest in organizational behavior or industrial-organizational psychology.
- Ability to assist with Psychological Testing, including test administration, scoring, and basic interpretation under supervision.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written communication, professional email etiquette, and the ability to present findings in a structured manner.
- Awareness of Mental Health concepts and workplace wellbeing, with sensitivity to confidentiality and ethical considerations.
- Interest or experience in Education-related activities, such as creating learning materials, workshops, or awareness sessions for diverse employee groups.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology or a related field (e.g., Organizational Behavior, HR with psychology focus).
- Basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with SPSS or similar tools is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and willingness to learn in a rapid-paced, consulting-oriented environment.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Gurugram and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
