Responsibilities

- Manage the complete order lifecycle from creation to fulfilment.

- Handle customer orders, bookings, and billing queries.

- Manage orders and processes using SAP.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues and share updates.

- Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel.

- Identify training needs and develop training materials.

- Conduct process training and manage learning sessions.

- Monitor training quality and results.

Requirements

- Experience in order management and billing query resolution.

- Strong knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP ByD.

- Knowledge of SNOW is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

- Robust communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
