Oracle Technical Lead

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad – Hybrid

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Lead with strong ERP and Finance domain expertise to lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of enterprise ERP solutions supporting financial and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design, development, integration, and implementation of ERP/Finance solutions.
- Work with Finance, Accounting, Business, Product, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead ERP implementation, enhancement, migration, and transformation initiatives.
- Design integrations between ERP and CRM, banking, procurement, payroll, tax, and reporting systems.
- Define technical architecture, APIs, data flows, integration patterns, and system interfaces.
- Support Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, P2P, O2C, R2R, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting .
- Lead troubleshooting, RCA, performance optimization, and production support.
- Ensure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation across integrated systems.
- Participate in ERP upgrades, migrations, consolidations, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Lead and mentor technical teams while driving development standards, code quality, testing, and deployment best practices.
- Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams,



vendors, and third-party technology partners.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in ERP/enterprise application technology with technical leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion / Oracle E-Business Suite or other enterprise ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of Finance ERP modules and processes .
- Experience with ERP integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Middleware .
- Robust SQL and relational database knowledge.
- Experience in Data Migration, ETL, Data Validation, and Reconciliation .
- Understanding of application architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
- Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated testing, and DevOps practices .
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and technical leadership skills.
