Role Description The Oracle Technical Consultant will work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborating closely with project managers, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to implement and support Oracle-based solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and customizing Oracle applications, writing and optimizing PL/SQL code, and creating interfaces, reports, and integrations as required by business needs.

The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, performing impact analysis, supporting upgrades and patches, and ensuring adherence to coding and security standards. The consultant will participate in requirement analysis, technical documentation,



unit and integration testing, and provide ongoing support for production environments, ensuring stable and efficient Oracle systems.

Qualifications

- Strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies, such as Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and Oracle application development tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing Oracle integrations, interfaces, and reports, including performance tuning and optimization.
- Ability to analyze technical requirements, produce transparent documentation, and collaborate effectively with functional and project teams.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues in Oracle environments.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, coding best practices, and version control tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative in office team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant or in a similar Oracle-focused technical role is preferred.
