- We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Administrator / EPM Solution Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM technologies, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Data Management, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and financial systems integration.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, optimization, support, integration, and continuous improvement of Oracle EPM solutions supporting global finance operations.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture within large-scale, global technology environments with Financial Consolidation and Oracle FCCS implementation experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid hands-on experience with FCCS administration, including deep knowledge of out-of-the-box rules, configurations, and application management.
- 3+ years of experience developing integration solutions using Data Management (DM) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with REST APIs and EPM Automate.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM platforms and cloud-native architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM modules including FCCS, Reporting, and Consolidation.
- Experience with Oracle EPM applications such as EDMCS and TRCS.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency with ITIL and Agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and product teams in complex global organizations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, innovation,



and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Working experience with SQL, data integration tools, and scripting languages.
- Ability to provide thought leadership on Oracle EPM best practices and industry trends.
- Experience evaluating project risks, constraints, and technical solution gaps.
- Experience creating and maintaining architecture documents, technical documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in one or more Oracle EPM Cloud products.
- Robust understanding of Finance business processes and industry best practices.
- Deep knowledge of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation.
- Hands-on experience across Oracle EPM solutions including FCCS, EDMCS, TRCS, and related modules.

Essential Job Functions:

- Maintain metadata, interfaces, hierarchies, dimensions, and attributes across FCCS environments.
- Build, modify, and optimize Data Management rules to support evolving business requirements.
- Review, maintain, and update data mappings and transformation logic.
- Manage the end-to-end FCCS financial close process in collaboration with Corporate Accounting teams.
- Monitor scheduled jobs and processes, investigate failures, and resolve system errors.
- Maintain interfaces between Oracle FCCS, external applications, Data Management, and OIC integrations.
- Administer and maintain dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, and application configurations.
- Support and enhance Oracle Narrative Reporting solutions and reporting capabilities.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve FCCS data load, mapping, integration, and reconciliation issues.
- Recommend and implement system enhancements, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
- Maintain and support ASO and BSO standalone on-premises EPM applications and related processes.
- Design, develop, and manage integration solutions using Oracle Data Management, OIC, REST APIs, and EPM Automate.
- Partner with finance, accounting,



and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on Oracle EPM architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Support financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and close process optimization.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues across Oracle EPM platforms.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, governance, and data management standards.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on platform stability, automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and support ITIL-based service management processes.
