As an Oracle HCM Functional - Director, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations.

Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to optimize human resources processes
- Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored solutions to enhance talent management and achieve strategic objectives
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful client engagements
- Mentoring teams in the strategic planning and execution of Oracle HCM projects, fostering a collaborative environment
- Promoting technological advances and innovative practices within Oracle HCM to create environments where people and technology thrive together
- Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations to validate client satisfaction and project success
- Developing new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership and enhance the firm's reputation for quality and integrity
- Balancing long-term and short-term strategic thinking to make impactful decisions and drive change across client engagements
- Collaborating across the PwC Network to leverage collective strengths and maximize client satisfaction
- Validating data integrity and compliance within Oracle HCM frameworks to uphold qualified and technical standards
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 20+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
