Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze HR business requirements.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend Oracle HCM solutions.
- Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
- Support integrations, data migration, reporting, and interfaces.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support.
- Develop test scenarios, test scripts, process documentation, and user guides.
- Coordinate with technical teams and other Oracle functional teams.
- Participate in Oracle HCM implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.




- Support end users and provide training where required.

Required Skills :

- Robust experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
- Knowledge of one or more modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes.
- Experience in Oracle HCM configuration and functional support.
- Experience with requirement gathering, testing, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM integrations and data flows.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
