Manpower Group is moving to an advanced process and digital technologies that require an experienced technology owner for supporting the transformation and in-flight projects.

In this role, the Oracle Cloud technology Leader will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, implement, and deploy Oracle Integrations and reporting solutions.
2. Design and create BIP, BI Published and OTBI reports,
3. Convert data and build some of the following tools: Oracle ERP cloud: FBDI, HDL, ADFDi, BIP, OTBI, as well as Web Services (SOAP & REST)
4. Design and Manage reporting solutions with cloud Datawarehouse (Snowflake) and Oracle cloud.
5. Create OIC and Azure Integration for data and connectivity.
6. Collaborate with business users and various cross functional teams to define and determine reporting requirements and strategy.
7. Participation in requirement definition and documentation, design, and development reviews.
8. Defining and implementing best practices for integrations with standard enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud, Other SaaS applications.
9. Ensuring quality of development deliverables by applying proven testing methodologies
10. Maintaining well documented procedural instructions and design documentation
11. Status reporting management

Required Skills for the Oracle Cloud Developers:
1. Minimum 4 to 8 years of Oracle Cloud report development experience
2. Minimum 2 years working Oracle Integrations Cloud solutions Oracle Integration Cloud Certification a plus.
3. Development experience with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite)
4. Experience in designing and developing complex reporting and integration solutions
5. Functional understanding of business processes within Oracle Cloud.
6. Experience creating OIC solutions using REST, SOAP, FBDI, BI Publisher and OTBI
7. Experience developing customization using Visual Builder and Process Builder in OIC
8. Experience developing customization using Visual Builder and Process Builder in OIC to Oracle Financial Cloud
9. Working knowledge of API security certification, authentication, authorization, IP security setup, and end point configuration
10. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to proactively solve issues and conflict resolution.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances.
13. Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

DetailsMaking an Impact This position will be a change agent, driving and establishing the right level of code development, adherence to standards and setting the right expectations will all internal and external project stakeholders and support team stakeholder.Sharing ExpertiseThis position will contribute to bring success of the usability, maintainability and development of the Oracle cloud Platform. This position will be part of a core group of developers on Oracle Cloud, who will work to maintain and enhance the platform and business processes.Gaining Exposure

Sphere of influence across multiple country environments, Oracle Platform spanning ERP, HRMS,



PaaS, IaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud. Should be able to be working with outside System Integrators, compliance with project processes.Your Typical Day

- Schedule and lead meetings in collaboration with process lead, partners, track leads.
- Act as point of contact for support of failing reports, integration and provide resolution.
- Create technical and functional design for reports or integration. Assign User and User roles, create application access within time.
- Drive compliance of application(s) for multiple countries and application stack, plan retirement of applications
- Manage processes, work with various groups to validate process compliance, security and access control to oracle cloud platform,
- Manage usability of the cloud platform. Validate PaaS components developed for architecture alignment.
- Do development of Oracle reports as needed by the business.

Critical ExperiencesRequired
- 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- Track record performing effectively under pressure and working across multiple clients/countries and procurement product areas (ERPs)
- Ability to successfully interact with IT team and Business team of ManpowerGroup, fulfill external expectations around resolution timeframes and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Possesses a Continual Service Improvement mindset and strong critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to build relationships throughout the business at all levels as well as externally.
- Analyzing third-party processes as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for process delivery optimization
- Ability to create and manage RACI, conflicts and workplan.
- Experience managing team spread across multi geography and supporting multi countries.
- Knowledge on Oracle Cloud and processes in oracle Cloud in at least 1 functional area and willing to learn solutions around other areas.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Formula, Pivot Table and able to perform trending analyst based on raw data.
- Able to take overall responsibility, whilst knowing when and to whom to escalate if necessary

Nice to Have
- Prior experience in large multi-country single instance Oracle Cloud and Oracle PaaS, OIC implementation and maintenance.
