Job Role: Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant

Team: Oracle ERP / Finance Transformation

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Noida.

Work Mode: Hybrid(US Shift)

Experience: 815 Years

Relevant Experience: 7+ Years in Oracle Fusion Financials / Oracle EBS Financial Functional Consultant

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days preferred

Interview Mode: Virtual

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud and/or Oracle EBS R12.
- Excellent functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
- Strong experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, support and enhancement projects.
- Hands-on experience in SLA configuration, including Journal Entry Rule Sets, Journal Line Rules, Account Derivation Rules, Mapping Sets and Description Rules.
- Strong understanding of P2P, O2C and R2R business processes.
- Experience in Fusion Tax, Payment Process Profiles (PPP), payment methods and bank/payment processes.
- Experience in Chart of Accounts (COA), accounting setups, period close and GL/subledger reconciliation.
- Strong experience in FBDI, ADFDI and data migration activities.
- Experience in preparing BR100, MD050/FSD, configuration documents, test scripts and functional design documents.
- Strong experience in SIT, UAT, integration testing, go-live and hyper-care support.
- Positive stakeholder management, requirement gathering, solution design and client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead functional activities across Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EBS implementation, enhancement and support engagements.
- Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis and translate requirements into effective Oracle Finance solutions.
- Configure and support GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management,



SLA and Fusion Tax modules.
- Design and configure Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, including JERS, JLRs, ADRs, Mapping Sets and accounting-related customizations.
- Support end-to-end P2P, O2C and R2R processes and ensure accurate accounting integration across financial modules.
- Configure and support Oracle Payments, including Payment Process Profiles, disbursement methods and payment processing.
- Perform financial setups, COA-related activities, accounting configurations, period close and reconciliation activities.
- Manage FBDI/ADFDI data migration, data validation, reconciliation and production uploads.
- Prepare and review functional documentation such as BR100, MD050/FSD, configuration workbooks, test scripts, business process documents and user manuals.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, integration testing and regression testing, resolve defects and support business sign-off.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
- Support go-live, hyper-care, month-end/year-end close and post-production stabilization activities.
- Conduct end-user training, KT sessions and prepare training materials.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Lead functional teams, manage deliverables and provide guidance to junior consultants where required.
