About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Supplier Management.

What You'll Do:

- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Manage and support Oracle Fusion Procurement (P2P), Inventory Management, Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Supplier Management modules.
- Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis for supply chain and procurement processes.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with business stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and recommend solution enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide Application Management Services (AMS) support including incident,



service request, problem, and change management.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and production deployment activities.
- Prepare functional design documents, BR100 documents, MD50 documents, test scripts, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.
- Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Collaborate with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) teams for integration design, issue resolution, and interface monitoring.
- Support OTBI and BI Publisher reporting requirements.
- Participate in quarterly Oracle patch assessments and analyze potential impacts on business processes.
- Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with organizational governance standards.
- Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide stakeholder updates, project status reports, and solution recommendations.
- Support production releases and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 8-12 years of experience in Oracle SCM functional consulting and support.
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications.
- Deep functional expertise in Procurement (P2P), Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Receipt Accounting, Product Management, and Supplier Management.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain Management business processes.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Control, Product Lifecycle, and Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in multiple Oracle Fusion implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or support projects.
- Hands-on experience working within AMS support models including SLA management, governance, ticket management, and operational support.
- Experience conducting business requirement workshops and fit-gap assessments.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning (SCP).




- Experience preparing functional specifications, configuration documents, and testing artifacts.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration architectures.
- Experience supporting integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party applications.
- Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle reporting solutions.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles, duties, privileges, and data access controls.
- Experience supporting data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Strong understanding of Oracle quarterly patching cycles and impact assessment processes.
- Experience identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Strong business writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with global teams and enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud environments.
