Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical-Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of experience, having strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional (80%) and Technical (20%) areas.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, business process understanding, configuration, support, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as:
- Core HR / Global HR

- Absence Management

- Workforce Structures

- Payroll

- Talent Management / Performance
- Recruiting / Learning – good to have
- Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Perform functional configuration, setups, issue analysis, and production support.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for development activities.
- Handle HCM data migration and validation activities.




- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party applications.

Technical Skills – 20%
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services and APIs.
- Knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reporting.
- Experience with Fast Formula.
- Knowledge of HCM Extracts.
- Exposure to HDL/HSDL and data loading processes.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and technical troubleshooting.

Required Skills
- 8–10 years of overall experience with solid experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong 80% Functional + 20% Technical expertise.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and/or support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently handle requirements, configuration, issue resolution, and support activities.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
