Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to map requirements to Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Experience in Consulting, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and solution recommendations.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle HR and related Oracle Applications modules in Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud.
- Knowledge of Integration concepts and tools for connecting Oracle Fusion with other enterprise systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,



Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion or similar ERP platforms.
- Ability to document functional and technical specifications, test scenarios, and user guides clearly.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant Oracle certifications or training in Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud are an advantage.
