Good understanding of BY WMS products and middleware

Understanding of Supply chain aftermarket processes

Coordinate and guide offshore teams on both development and Support requirements.

Understanding of Agile process.

Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on support and development

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

Mentoring the junior team members and getting the work assigned and delivered by them A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
