As an Oracle FDI - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs and implementing Oracle's suite of data and analytics tools. This role involves data collection, cleansing, transformation, modeling, visualization, and analysis to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others.

You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Digital Core Modernisation network, specifically in the Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP sector. You will utilize Oracle tools like Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Data Integrator to derive insights and inform client strategies. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Your ability to interpret data and provide informed recommendations will be crucial in delivering value to our clients.

Responsibilities





- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle data and analytics solutions effectively
- Utilizing Oracle tools such as Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Data Integrator for data collection, cleansing, and transformation
- Developing data models and visualizations using Oracle Data Visualization and Oracle Machine Learning to derive actionable insights
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through seamless integration of business applications
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of Oracle technologies
- Building meaningful client relationships and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations that align with strategic objectives
- Upholding qualified and technical standards while reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications; cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); cloud data engineering certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Databricks); Snowflake certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing data integration tools like Oracle Golden Gate
- Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
- Developing insights through data visualization and data modeling
- Embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity
