Key Responsibilities

- Configure and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM Task Manager, including templates, schedules, tasks, dependencies, workflows, approvals, notifications, security, and dashboards.

- Design and implement end-to-end automated Task Manager processes across Oracle and non-Oracle financial applications.

- Implement Process Automation patterns where Task Manager automatically initiates system-driven activities when prerequisite tasks and conditions are satisfied.

- Implement Event Monitoring patterns where Task Manager monitors or receives status/events from external applications and automatically updates or completes the associated Task Manager task.

- Automate the complete task lifecycle where technically appropriate, including initiation, execution, monitoring, status updates, completion/submission, downstream dependencies, notifications, and successor-task progression.

- Integrate Task Manager with Oracle Fusion ERP, including financial-close processes across areas such as GL, AP, AR, Inventory/COGS, Revenue, Tax, Treasury, and R2R.

- Integrate Task Manager with Oracle EPM applications, including FCCS, Planning/EPBCS, and other EPM processes such as consolidations, data loads, business rules, and scheduled jobs.

- Develop integrations with non-Oracle applications and financial systems, including RevPro/revenue systems and other upstream or downstream platforms.

- Build integrations using applicable technologies such as Task Manager REST APIs, Oracle Fusion REST/web services, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), EPM Automate, Groovy, Integration Agent, Data Integration, and other API/integration technologies.

- Implement automated success/failure callbacks, status synchronization, exception handling,



retries, error notifications, logging, and auditability.

- Design solutions for long-running processes where Task Manager can initiate or monitor an external job and automatically receive the final execution status.

- Develop reusable integration frameworks and patterns that can be extended across multiple Finance workstreams rather than building isolated point solutions.

- Partner with Finance, EPM, ERP, and application teams to identify close activities that can be automated and determine the appropriate orchestration/integration approach.

- Troubleshoot integration and automation failures and establish production-ready monitoring and support procedures.

- Produce technical architecture, integration design, configuration, and operational-support documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM Task Manager.

- Demonstrated experience implementing Task Manager Process Automation and/or Event Monitoring.

- Strong Oracle EPM integration experience.

- Experience building REST API and web-service integrations.

- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle Fusion ERP.

- Experience integrating Oracle EPM/Task Manager with non-Oracle applications.

- Experience with FCCS and/or Planning/EPBCS.

- Strong understanding of financial close processes and enterprise close orchestration.

- Ability to independently design, build, test, troubleshoot, and deploy production-grade integrations.

- Experience with automated task status management, dependencies, notifications, and exception handling.

- EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, Integration Agent

- Enterprise-scale Financial Close or Close Orchestration implementations
