We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM / BI Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, ODI, Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.

The consultant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing budgeting, forecasting, reporting and management control applications within the Oracle ecosystem and will work closely with both Finance and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain Oracle EPM and BI applications.
- Develop and enhance Hyperion Planning and Essbase solutions.
- Develop and maintain Essbase Business Rules and Calculation Scripts.
- Perform metadata and dimension management.
- Support data loading processes and Smart View.
- Design, develop and maintain ODI mappings, packages, variables and scenarios.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ODI data integration processes.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) dashboards and reports.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL components.
- Perform Oracle database query optimization and performance tuning.
- Analyze functional and technical issues and identify root causes of data discrepancies.
- Support Finance users during budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycles.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Work closely with Finance, Controlling and IT teams.




- Contribute to application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPM / BI environments.
- Proven experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, ODI and OAS.
- Solid SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
- Good understanding of Finance, Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and bridge business and technical teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
