Oracle ERP Finance Functional Consultant / Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Finance Functional Consultant / Project Manager to lead Oracle Finance implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Finance processes along with excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Oracle ERP Finance implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle ERP solutions.
- Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax, and Intercompany.
- Understand and support Finance processes such as R2R, P2P, and O2C.
- Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and solution designs.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, workflows, and data migration.
- Lead SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, issues,



dependencies, and deliverables.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.
- Provide functional guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and ERP optimization.

Required Skills:

- 10–15 years of experience in Oracle ERP Finance / Oracle Financials.
- Strong experience in Oracle Finance functional consulting and project delivery.
- Valuable understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
- Experience in Oracle ERP implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Oracle certification and project management certification such as PMP/PRINCE2 would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
