Key Responsibilities

Functional





- Gather and analyse business requirements across Finance and SCM; run workshops with process owners and document outcomes as MD50 functional design documents and BR100 setup documents
- Configure EBS R12 modules, perform fit-gap analysis, and favour standard functionality over customisation where practical
- Map current-state (AS-IS) and design future-state (TO-BE) processes across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report
- Set up Multi-Org structures, chart of accounts and key flexfields, ledgers, operating units, inventory organisations and approval hierarchies
- Support period close, reconciliations, month-end and year-end issue resolution

Technical

- Develop reports using Oracle Reports, XML/BI Publisher, Discoverer and custom SQL
- Build and customise Oracle Forms and personalisations (Forms Personalization, CUSTOM.pll)
- Write PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions and triggers; performance-tune long-running queries
- Build inbound and outbound interfaces and conversions using Open Interface tables, APIs, SQL*Loader and UTL_FILE
- Configure Oracle Workflow Builder, Approvals Management Engine (AME), Alerts and concurrent programs
- Register custom objects via AOL concurrent programs, value sets, lookups, profile options, responsibilities and menus
- Produce MD70 technical design documents and support migration across instances

Delivery & Support

- Prepare test scripts, lead SIT/UAT, and drive defect triage to closure
- Provide production support and on-call issue resolution; perform root cause analysis on recurring defects
- Raise and manage Oracle SRs through My Oracle Support; apply patches and test regression impact
- Produce configuration workbooks, user guides, training material and cutover plans
- Work with business, IT, DBA and offshore delivery teams across the full lifecycle
