- 5 to 10+ years of Oracle EBS Financials experience.
- Strong experience supporting Oracle R12 Financial modules.
- Experience in Production Support setting.
- Experience supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities.

Required Functional Modules
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Purchase Order(PO)
- IProcurement
- iExpenses

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Financial modules.
- Analyze and resolve production issues.
- Support users during critical financial periods.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution.




- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor and resolve period close exceptions.
- Assist with account reconciliations and balancing.
- Validate subledger to GL reconciliations.
- Support close schedule adherence and issue tracking.
- Coordinate with Finance teams to ensure timely financial close.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Perform system configuration changes when required.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
- Conduct impact analysis and testing.
- Support UAT and production deployments.
